【摘 要】基于Pro/ENGINEER三维CAD设计软件，建立三维参数化钣金件图库，通过对控制参数的改变，快速完成不同尺寸的钣金件设计。实际系统测试表明，该系统实现了钣金件实体模型与快速生成2D绘图的高度集成。 【关键词】钣金件 参数化 Pro/ENGINEER 1 概述 钣金类零件是一种很常用的结构件，在各种通信、电子、开关、电器、控制柜等行业或设备中更是得到了普遍的应用。同时与普通机械零件相比，钣金零件的主要结构特征和加工工艺决定了其是一种比较特殊的零件，一般都是通过对板材进行成型、折弯、冲压等方法获得。长期以来，我公司钣金件的加工一直是由设计人员设计，车间技术人员依照图样重新输入计算机进行展开放样，这种生产方式存在着劳动强度大，效率低等不可避免的缺点。在“九五技改”期间我公司引进了先进的转塔式数控冲床和仿形激光切割机床，只需要几分钟就可以加工完技术人员需要几十分钟才可以作好放样的钣金件，钣金件的展开放样工作成为制约生产进度的瓶颈。 我公司2002年引进了美国PTC公司开发的三维设计软件Pro/ENGINEER后，可以轻松完成将三维图样转化成Pro/ENGINEER二维工程图的工作，其中完备的Pro/SHEETMETAL钣金设计模块，可以帮助用户建立各种钣金特征，创建钣金件的展开图。但在设计过程中还存在着以下钣金件的使用问题。 (1) 钣金件的建模和展开比较复杂和繁琐，设计人员需要时只能自行设计，从而不可避免地增加了设计人员的重复劳动。 (2) 设计人员的水平不同，建模方法不同，使得有些设计的钣金件不能正常展开。 (3) 钣金特性的设置不正确，使得展开图与生产实际不符，不能正确的指导生产。 2 三维钣金件图库造型方法及参数化绘图原理 Pro/SHEETMETAL扩展了 Pro/ENGINEER的设计功能，用户可建立参数化的钣金造型和组装，它包括生成钣金件模型以及将它们展开。 Pro/SHEETMETAL提供了通过参照弯板库模型的弯曲和放平能力。弯曲允许量通过弯曲或放平状态下的模型附加特征的功能，同时支持生成，库储存和替换用户自定义的特征。 2.1 主要特征 (l) 壁。平面壁可以将示意壁连接到模型的选择边上。冲压壁可以沿着模型上垂直选择边，冲压出壁的示意外形。
