图1为凸模高度调整结构。凸模的上端面，与滑块接触。滑块右端开有T形槽，容纳螺钉的头部。转动螺钉，则滑块随之移动。由于滑块与上模座以斜面相互接触，而凸模在固定板内是滑动配合，因之凸模在合模方向的位置得以调整，调整后用螺母紧定。
