The colloidal phase(1kD~1μm) of trace metal Cd, Cu, Pb, Fe, Mn and Zn etc in the water bodies of Meiliang Bay and Gonghu Bay, the two different ecotype zones of Lake Taihu, was separated utilizing cross-flow ultrafiltration (CFF) technique and the changes of its concentration in different seasons were studied.
