During the process of hydraulic synchronization and accumulative sliding in steel roof of National Stadium,some measures including computer synchronous control are adopted to make steel roof perch with high efficiency,smoothly and exactly through rationally setting up slide way and sliding propeller.

This paper discusses how different bandwidth, latency, and mode of selecting nodes affect global and local synchronous computations It generalizes the law of speedup and ration of computaion and communication due to these effect, and address the partition strategy of synchronous computions in grid.
