在这样一个发展阶段,学校贯彻落实党的十七大精神,实现科学发展,必须认清形势,增强使命感和责任感;必须明确方向,坚持走内涵发展、特色发展的道路;必须重在落实,把科学发展观的要求转化为学校发展的思路和举措,落实到各项工作中去。

为实现科学转向,高职教育必须树立和落实科学发展观,完成从"增量"到"提质"的科学发展,从"趋同"到"异质"的特色发展,从"知识"到"技能"的创新发展,从"做多"到"做精"的品牌发展,从"分散"到"集约"的合作发展。
