补充资料：手取胎盘术
手取胎盘术
或称人工剥离胎盘术。第3产程即从胎儿娩出到胎盘娩出的一段时间，平均5～15分钟。胎儿娩出后，子宫收缩，胎盘常自然剥离。如果第3产程超过30分，胎盘尚未剥离或有活动性出血，则应采取手取胎盘。如宫颈内口较深可静脉注射哌替啶50.0～100mg后，术者更换消毒手套，外阴再次消毒后，将一手五指合拢成圆锥状直接伸入宫颈，手掌面向胎盘母体面，手指并拢以手掌尺侧缘缓慢将胎盘从边缘开始逐渐自子宫壁分离，另手在腹部按压子宫底，待确认胎盘已全部剥离，方可取出胎盘，取出胎盘后立刻检查胎盘胎膜是否完整，若有缺损，应再入宫腔清除残留组织。注意手法轻柔准确，不可强行剥离。术后给子宫收缩剂减少产后出血，给抗生素预防感染。
