The simulation of a structure-optimized oil-fired baking furnace by using an improved operation technology of counter-flow flame instead of concurrent-flow flame was presented on the basis of the analysis of the operation characteristics of oil-fired anode baking furnace.
针对燃用重油的阳极焙烧炉燃烧工艺的特点进行分析,将传统的顺流火焰焙烧操作改为逆流火焰焙烧,采用最佳的烟道结构设计,并通过模拟计算获得均匀的炉室温度分布和流场分布,对比分析燃烧技术改进前后的计算结果,验证了改进方案的科学性。
