Through analyses of the drawbacks existting in waste silk card, measures are suggested to renovate the quantity and distribution of carding points in combing so as to enhance card's adaptability for various waste silk spinning materials, aiming at improving card sliver quality and combing yield.

通过对绢丝成品疵点的分类、分析和对比试样，证实改善精梳绵网质量，提高精梳绵网纤维顺直度是降低绢纺精梳制组工艺成纱千米疵点的关键，并采取切实可行的措施，使精梳制绵工艺生产的８３ｄｔｅｘ×２（１２０Ｎｍ／２）绢丝千米疵点从原月平均４。
