To study thermal sensibility of hands against different water temperatures,the thermal sensibility was discussed in relation to the physiological responses such as finger skin temperature and finger skin blood flow,when dipping both hands worn by gloves with different thermal conductivities or bare hands in water baths.

To analysize the results and related conditions of trace elements detected through finger blood among 320 children range from 0 to 10 years old in outpatient health examination at our hospital,the content of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Fe in finger blood was determined by HB 5100 atomic absorption of trace elements with five paths.

Methods 1 339 children aged 0~14 years old who received healeh physical examination in the Child Health Care Clinic of Qing an Group Staff s Hospital were randomly selected and their serum contents of 5 microelements/macroelements of zinc,iron,copper,calcium and magnesium in peripheral finger blood were detected by using atomic absorption assay.
