垂体嗜碱细胞瘤
垂体嗜碱细胞所发生的肿瘤。其瘤细胞多呈三角形或圆形，体积较大，胞浆丰富，含有许多的嗜碱性颗粒。瘤细胞易发生空泡状和玻璃样变性。此类垂体瘤临床上多以促性腺激素、促甲状腺激素、促肾上腺皮质激素分泌增多为主要表现。目前多按细胞的功能分类命名。
