The perpose of this study was to investigated the ralation of subclinical cervical human papillomavirus infection ( SPI) to vulvar condyloma and cervical e-rosion and the ralation between cevical SPI and high - risk HPV DNA.
目的 本研究旨在探讨外阴湿疣及宫颈炎症与宫颈HPV亚临床感染(SPI)的关系以及宫颈SPI与高危型HPV DNA感染的相关性。

Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out to compare HPV genotypes of 353 outpatients suffering the diseases associated with HPV infection including cervical caner,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN),genital duc condyloma,and subclinical cervical human papillomavirus infection (SPI) in our department from January to October 2008.
方法回顾性分析在门诊确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)Ⅰ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈浸润癌、生殖道湿疣、宫颈HPV亚临床感染共353例患者的HPV亚型的分布情况。

扁平湿疣
是丘疹性梅毒疹的特殊类型，见于10%的二期梅毒病例，女性患者较男性患者多见。常见于皱褶及多汗部位，如肛门、外阴、腋、脐、腹股沟及指间等处。开始为表面湿润的湿性丘疹，之后扩大或融合成扁平湿疣。其形态为基底宽而无蒂，直径1～3cm，扁平或分叶的疣状病损，周围有暗红色浸润，自觉灼热瘙痒。表面糜烂、渗液，内含大量梅毒螺旋体。
