升降失常 升降失常 病因病理学术语。泛指阳明气血升降顺逆的失调或上下生理平衡的改变。脏腑气化过程各有其升降、上下的动势，升与降、上与下又相互调济，反之则病。如脾的清阳上升，胃的浊阴下降，维持机体的营养代谢。《素问·阴阳应象大论》：“清气在下，则在飧泄；浊气在上，则生（月真）胀。此阴阳反作，病之逆从也。”表现为腹胀、嗳气、呕吐、厌食、泄泻等证候。参见清阳不升、浊阴不降各条。其他如肺气肃降、肾不纳气、气虚下陷、心肾不交、肝阳上亢等，亦与升降失常的病机有密切关系。
