Aimed at some problems of YOT51 and R17K hydraulic couplers occurred frequently in operation, for example, blocking of scoop tubes, fusion of fusible plugs, burning of bearings, lost of the working oil pressure, and vibration of hydraulic couplers, the paper analyzes causes of these faults, and puts forward some improvement methods.

Several blood physiological indices including red cell counts,white cell counts,thrombocyte counts,white cell counts,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,mean cell volume and percentage of cell volume in three species of birds(Phasianus colchicus,Pucrasia macrolopha,Alectoris chukar)were measured.
