The wheel/rail wear is worsening with the increasing of the railway transportation burden,and the applying of more and more heavy trucks and large power locomotives.
货车由于轴重大,数量多,造成的轮轨磨耗占有很大的比例,尤其是重载干线、运煤干线上轮轨磨耗非常严重,已成为一个亟待解决的问题。

To solve the common problem of wheel-rail wear of electric locomotives, it is proposed to apply the radial bogie technologywith successful application on diesel locomotives to the electric locomotives, considering the dynamics calculation results, synthetic testresults and operation results of DF8B diesel locomotive installed with HTCR radial bogie.
针对目前电力机车在运用中普遍存在轮轨磨耗严重的问题,结合装有HTCR径向转向架的DF8B内燃机车动力学计算、综合试验和运用考核的结果,建议将在内燃机车成功运用的径向转向架技术推广运用到电力机车上,实现该项引进技术的消化、吸收和再创新。

1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。、
2、工作前还必须遵守：
a、 检查皮带的紧及磨损情况，如太紧、太松或磨损严重，应进行适当的调整或更换。
b、 检查砂轮有无裂纹或缺口，严禁使用；
c、 检查防护罩是否安全可靠，如不安全可靠，应通知维修人员修理。
d、 空运转2-3分钟，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
3、工作中还必须遵守：
a、 开车时、先开通风机，后开砂轮。停车时，先停砂轮，后停通风机；
b、 操作者要戴好眼镜手套等防护用品；
c、 移动砂轮要平稳，严禁用砂轮撞击铸件。
