gongjln hunn一ngtu xunhuanshu一guan sh一gong钢筋混凝i循环水管施工(reinforced con-erete eireulating water pipe eonstruetion)有现浇和预制两种施工方法。现浇管在挖沟完后,在沟内分段浇筑。预制预应力管在工厂制作,再运到现场敷设。预制管工厂的设备比较简单,如工程地点离工厂较远而该种管子数t多时可将设备搬到现场制造。管子的直径可达3m甚至更大,长度一般为4m。 预制预应力钢筋棍凝土管预制,可用一阶段(展动挤压)工艺或三阶段(管芯绕丝)工艺施工。一阶段工艺系用申立式成型,用加工精密的内外钢套模组合定型,将主钢筋张拉完成后,即浇筑混凝土一次成型,经静定时间后蒸汽养护.三阶段工艺系按上法先浇制混凝土管芯,成型后再在管芯上缠绕预应力钢丝,用机械或电热法张拉,然后再喷盖水泥砂浆保护层,以防钢丝生锈,经水压试验合格后出厂使用。 数设带承插口的钢筋混凝土预制管挖沟徽设.平口对接的钥筋混凝土预制管除挖沟徽设外,还可采用顶管施工(见取水构筑物施工)。挖沟后按设计规定在沟底铺一层黄沙或石子,再用起重机械将预制管逐节吊人沟内、找正位!,在插口上套上橡胶密封圈后,往前一节的承口方向水平加力拉紧,使插口和橡胶圈同时均匀地嵌人承插口内,按此步探依次进行下一节管的安装.橡胶圈本身的直径略大于承插口间尺寸,并有规定的压缩比及防老化剂。在承擂口内侧采用钢衬圈和密封环进行环向水压试验.水压试验的标准按设计和规范要求。安装后进行回坟土,要求在两侧均匀回填分层夯实。 预应力钢筋混凝土管自重较大,在软土地区使用时要做混凝土基础。
