Objective To study the therapeutic effect and possible adverse effects of tribendimidine enteric coated tablets in the treatment of infections due to hookworms, Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, Enterobius vermicularis.

2 mg/kg were orally administered to persons who infected with ascaris, hookworm and trichuris respectively,.

Method 18~65 years old villagers with EPG of hookworm over 400, or Ascarias over 2 400, or Trichuris over 120 were selected as objectives and randomly allocated into A (tribendimidine + ivermectin), B (tribendimidine), C (ivermectin), D (albendazole) groups.

2 mg/kg was orally administered to cases with infection of Ascaris, hookworm, Trichuris and Enterobius respectively.
