性质:高分子链能够改变其构象的性质。可分为静态柔(顺)性和动态柔(顺)性两个方面。静态柔(顺)性,又称平衡态柔(顺)性,是指高分子链处于较稳定状态的蜷曲程度。在一个高分子链中,第一个σ键都可能取反式、左旁式或右旁式三种较稳定的构象状态,三种构象的能量越接近,链的平衡柔(顺)性就越好。动态柔(顺)性又称动力学柔(顺)性,是指高分子链从一种平衡态构象转变成另一平衡态构象的容易程度。构象转变越容易,转变速率越快,则高分子链的动态柔(顺)性和静态柔(顺)性的综合效应。对于具体的高分子链,两者有时一致,有时不一致。
