The microstructure feature of the copper wire and the melted bead and trace in several condations of simulated test were analyzed in this paper.
用SEM观察分析了在各种模拟实验条件下铜导线及其熔珠熔痕的几种显微组织结构特征,结果表明:单股粗铜导线的火烧、二次短路熔珠熔痕与一次短路、过负荷、接触不良造成的熔珠熔痕其显微结构有明显不同,可为火灾原因的鉴定提供参考依据。

The results show that it is certain that the fire disaster cause is the first short circuit when there are branch crystal and columnar crystal in the microstructure of aluminium wire melted bead and trace in the fire disaster.
用扫描电镜观察分析了各种实验室模拟火灾条件下铝导线及其熔珠熔痕的显微组织结构特征,并和火灾现场取样的组织结构相比较,结果表明:当火灾现场取样结果显微结构出现树枝晶和柱状晶时,能基本判定火灾原因为导线一次短路所致;但当取样结果显微结构仅主要出现大块再结晶体时,则需根据现场情况具体分析。
