The simulation results show that the problem of how to introduce manual control points into the natural river network for the coupling of the water cycle simulation model and water resources allocation model is solved with this method,and that it is very convenient to calculate flow.

人工控制雷电，是指通过人工引雷、消雷的方法，使云中电荷中和、转移或提前释放，控制雷电的产生，以确保空中和地面军事行动的安全。人工控制雷电的方法有：利用对带电云团播撒冻结核，改变云体的动力学和微物理学过程，以影响雷电放电；采用播撒金属箔以增加云中电导率，使云中电场维持在雷电所需临界强度以下抑制雷电；人为触发雷电放电，使云体一小部分区域在限定的时间内放电。
