Experimental studies on direct reduction processes of three kinds of carboncontaining ore-made material were performed in open-fired atmosphere and three regression formulas were obtained.
用煤气供热的焙烧炉在敞焰加热的条件下，对三种内配碳矿料进行试验研究，得到金属化率与焙烧时间、料层厚度、炉膛温度等参数间的定量关系，对照ＩＮＭＥＴＣＯ方法，揭示了焙烧时间、料层结构、球团尺寸、料层厚度、炉膛温度、内配碳量等对海绵铁金属化率的影响，指出了敞焰加热内配碳球团直接还原时获得高金属化率的条件。

The dynamical thermal field during the interaction of water mist with flame was tested with the TVS 2000ST thermal imaging system,then,the temporal and spatial variation of the flame thermal field information was obtained while the flame interacted with and without the water mist,separately.
利用ＴＶＳ－２０００ＳＴ热像系统对细水雾与火焰相互作用过程中的动态热场进行了测试，获取了细水雾作用前后火焰热场信息变化的时空分布，从而为进一步深化认识细水雾与火焰相互作用的机理提供了简捷可靠的实验手段。
