介入放射学用栓塞材料。一种液体组织粘合剂，最初是外科止血外用药。1972年用于动脉瘤和动静脉畸形的栓塞治疗，1975年Rosch等将它经导管作栓塞术。这种化合物与血或盐水等离子液体接触时很快聚合，形成栓子，起到栓塞治疗作用。但操作必须熟练，并且采用同轴导管为好，以避免导管粘在被栓塞血管处。
