清阳不升 清阳不升 病因病理学术语。指水谷化生的轻清阳气不能正常濡养头部、肌表、四肢的病机。《素问·阴阳应象大论》：“清阳出上窍”，“清阳发腠理”，“清阳实四肢”。清阳不升多因脾胃阳气不足，升清降浊的功能障碍所致。症见头晕、眼花、视蒙耳鸣、耳聋、畏寒肢冷、困倦乏力、食不知味、纳减便溏、舌淡嫩、苔白、脉弱或虚等。治疗上，阳虚者宜补中益气，湿重者须芳香化浊。
