In this paper,14 diving casualties which caused 15 divers lost their lives that occurred in China Rescue & Salvage from 1960 to 2005 are analyzed;detrimental factors to diving safety are identified.
本文对发生在中国救捞系统中14例导致15名潜水员死亡的事故进行了分析研究;对导致事故的主要原因进行了确认和分类,并提出了改进潜水安全的建议,目的在于提高人们对潜水作业安全的认识并促进潜水作业安全。
