rong口J于U汉uo门溶气浮选(dissolvod一air flototion)在)j力下将空气溶解于溶液中,再通过减压使之析出的细小气泡携带微细矿粒进行浮选的方法。溶气浮选起源于1904年英国埃尔莫尔(F.E.Elmore)的真空浮选专利。主要用于处理废水。通常用泵以250一500kPa压力,将空气和液流压入饱和罐,使空气溶解于水中,液流再经减压阀进入浮选机,析出细小气泡进行浮选。溶气浮选生成的气泡尺寸为30一12。拼m,比常规浮选的气泡小一个数量级,适于浮选微细矿粒。增压方法通常有全部液流加压、部分液流加压和循环液流加压,一般多采用循环加压法。溶气浮选中要注意选择有效的饱和及减压装置,所用浮选设备主要为圆形浮选机 (石大新)
