Aimed at the difficulty in thin plate welding,and the status of poor welding quality,and more welding defects traditional welding characteristics was analyzed,and the new technics of the electrode manual weld with wire for low carbon steel thin plate was explored based on the characteristic of gas welding.

d一wengang hantlao低温钢焊条(eovered eleetrode for low tem-perature steel)专用于焊接低温钢的焊条。根据使用温度的不同,低温用钢可分为一40℃、一60℃、一70℃、一90℃、一100oC、一196℃和一253℃几个级别,低温钢焊条的分级与钢种的分级相一致,并要求焊缝韧性与同级别的钢种相匹配。为了提高焊缝韧性,低温钢焊条均采用碱性低氢型药皮,并对焊缝成分有较严格的要求:一40℃用的焊条,其焊缝成分可含1.5肠Ni,也可不含镍而含微量的钦和硼;一60‘C用焊条,其焊缝成分可含2.5%Ni,也可含1%Ni和微量的钦、硼;一90一一100℃用焊条,其焊缝中含镍量可达3%~5%;一196℃以下用的焊条,往往采用奥氏体组织的焊条。 采用低温钢焊条施焊时,应尽量采用较小的焊接线能量,预热和层间温度也宜控制得低一些,以便改善焊缝区和热影响区的韧性。但是,随着焊缝中合金含量的增多,裂纹敏感性增高,为防止焊接裂纹应采取适当预热,层间温度应不低于预热温度,但不要超过200一300‘C。 (尹士科)
