一、产品性能:

fas 是一种优秀的纸浆漂白剂,可用于还原漂白,适合废纸脱墨浆的漂白;

对空气中的氧气比较稳定,能够在已有设备的浆浓下漂白;

还原电位高,稳定性好,特别适合高温连续漂白;

对环境友好,不增加废水污染负荷,符合环保要求;

二、技术指标:

外 观:白色结晶粉末

含 量:≥ 99.0%

水 份:≤ 0.05%

铁 含 量:≤ 10ppm

三、使用方法

将 fas 纸浆漂白剂粉末制成水溶液加入到纸浆中,在碱性条件下进行漂白,用量取决于纸浆性质的不同,一般每吨纸浆的用量为 0.3% ~ 0.6% 。

工艺条件一般为:

1 、 fas 用量: 0.5%

2 、 naoh 用量: naoh:fas=1:2( 质量比)

3 、 ph 值: 8.8---9.0

4 、漂白时间与温度: 80°c 时,有效漂白时间最短 30 分钟;漂白温度低 时,一般可通过延长漂白时间来补偿。
