大脑后动脉痉挛、阻塞
由皮质视觉中枢病变引起，见于脑血管疾病(大脑后动脉痉挛、阻塞)、脑损伤或脱髓鞘疾病。特点是：视觉完全消失，对强光照射或恐吓眼睑闭合反射消失，但眼球运动正常，聚合运动保存，视网膜结构正常，眼底无异常，可伴有偏瘫、失语、定向力障碍等。
