脾肾泄 脾肾泄 病名，泄泻病之一。又名脾肾泻。其症候特点是：每日清晨天将明时，必登厕洞泄一二次。陈修园主张以四神丸加味主之，并谓：“大抵初泻与泻之未甚，宜利水，次补脾。久泻大泻，宜补肾，以胃关煎、八味丸之类为主，兼服补中益气汤以升其下降之气。”（《医药从众录·泄泻》）从施治的角度，达到肾、脾兼补的目的。朱丹溪《丹溪心法·泄泻》主张用分水饮下二神丸及椒朴丸，或平胃散下小茴香丸；久病重证、虚甚者，用椒附汤。参见肾虚五泄泻、泄泻条。
