皮质旁骨肉瘤
parosteal osteosarcoma
一种骨来源的低度恶性肿瘤，因其位于骨皮质旁而命名。其发病年龄、部位、临床和X线表现以及预后均不同于典型骨肉瘤。成年人多见，好发于股骨下段后侧，以肿块为主要表现，发病慢，X线显示皮质外有一基宽分叶、密度高的阴影，基部与皮质间有一线状透亮阴影。病理显示肿瘤细胞为梭形，形态较规则，异型性不明显。治疗以手术局部大块切除为主，预后较一般骨肉瘤好。
