但是，如当事各方面希望卖方负责从交货运输工具上卸货并承担卸货的风险和费用，则应在销售合同中明确写明。
该术语可用于陆地边界交货的各种运输方式，当在目的港船上或码头交货时，应DES或DEQ术语。
