To investigate the effect of malariotherapy on the growth of S180 tumor cells,BALB/c mice in the experiment group were infected intraperitoneally with Plasmodium yoelii 17XNL parasitized RBCs on the 2nd day after inoculating with S180 tumor cells.
结果疟原虫感染的红细胞于疟原虫接种后的第3天出现在感染小鼠的外周血中,其脾细胞产生IFN-γ的水平于感染后第4天出现显著升高;瘤细胞接种第7天后,疟疗实验组小鼠的瘤肿块直径明显小于单纯瘤细胞接种组。

肺热瘅疟
肺热瘅疟 病名。疟疾证见但热不寒者。《症因脉治》卷四：“肺热瘅疟之症，发则阳气盛而不衰，故但热而不寒，令人消烁脱肉。此《内经》肺素有热之瘅疟症也。”宜用防风泻白散，以散舍于皮肤之风寒；用石膏泻白散，以治肺素有热；用滋阴八味丸，滋阴清肺，以治阴虚阳亢，消烁脱肉。参见瘅疟、疟疾条。
