红细胞在全血中所占体积的百分比。红细胞压积的多少主要与红细胞数量及其大小有关。正常值:成年男性是40~50容积%,成年女性37~48容积%。临床上根据红细胞压积的测定来诊断贫血并判断其程度,结合有关指数计算还可推断贫血的原因。对相对性或绝对性红细胞增多症的诊断及疗效观察有重要参考价值。增高见于各种原因所致的血液浓缩及真性红细胞增多症。减少则见于各种贫血。
