retrogasserian rhizotomy
是治疗三叉神经痛的有效疗法之一,作用原理是根据华韧神经退变定律,即切断神经的节后纤维则其中枢段退变,不会再生。Spiller(1901年)首先提出,同年Frazier经颞入路首先获得成功,开始时作后根全切断,后逐渐改进为选择性切断。Dandy(1925年)改用经枕下入路手术,暴露简便,能发现局部病变并有利于保存面部触觉,称为Dandy手术。
