补充资料：莜面椽头饼
莜面椽头饼，多是人们为家中出行者备用的干粮食品。这种食品原料简单，除了面、水就是少量食盐。吃起来香酥咸脆，十分可口，易于消化，男女皆宜。其做法：首先是在温水中加适量食盐、用筷搅拌至全部融解为止，尔后用手将莜麦和成面团，要求达到盆光、面光、手光，再用手将和好的面团搓成粗细均等椽头粗细的面捧，然后再用麻线把面拜会一片一片割成厚薄相等的饼，放在温火上烤干，即可食用。最好不要烤焦烤糊，否则，吃起来就不酥脆了。
