【合作经济组织形式】按照合作经济民主管理的特征构建的组织形式。包括微观组织形式和宏观组织形式两个方面。 合作经济的微观组织形式，主要指每个合作经济组织的法人治理结构。合作经济组织的法人治理结构，通常采取所有权和经营权分离，立法、执法和司法职能部分相互制衡的形式。社员作为最终财产所有者，有权聘请符合要求的专业人才承担经营职责。社员中具有专业知识才能的，也可以受聘承担经营管理职责。 合作经济的宏观组织形式，主要指它的组织体系结构。从各国合作经济的组织体系看，通常采取两种框架。一种是横向型组织体系，即不同类型的合作经济组织平行并存。另一种是纵向型组织体系，其基本结构是金字塔状，由众多基层组织构成直接从事经营活动的基础层次;主要承担协调、管理职能的中间层次和作为全国性协调、指导机构，并负责同政府及其他机构的联系，国际间业务往来等任务的最高层次。各国合作经济组织基本上都是采取多级法人制度。各级合作经济组织都是由各自社区成员人股，具有自主经营权和独立的法人资格。各级合作经济组织之间又往往以人股持股的形式，形成合作的网络。
