补充资料:制霉菌素
      一种多烯型抗生素,分子式C47H75NO17。1950年发现土壤微生物Streptomyces noursei能分泌一种抗霉菌的物质,从而发现了第一种抗霉菌的抗生素。制霉菌素具有共轭多烯大环内酯结构,能抑制真菌和皮藓菌的活性,对细菌无抑制作用。制霉菌素与另一重要的抗霉菌抗生素──两性霉素(庐山霉素)──结构类似。药用的产品主要为制霉菌素A1, 此外还含有少量的A2和A3。结构式如下:
  
  制霉菌素制成口服片剂,两性霉素则制成注射剂使用。
