B淋巴细胞检测方法之一。有些B淋巴细胞表面具有补体(C3-）的受体。鸡红细胞经抗体及补体致敏后，可形成红细胞-抗体-补体复合物(EAC）。EAC与淋巴细胞混合在一起，可与B淋巴细胞上的C3-受体结合，形成中心为淋巴细胞、周围是鸡红细胞的EAC玫瑰花结。这种方法可检查血中带C3-受体的B淋巴细胞的百分率。正常值为15%～30%。
