The results showed that:(1) the micronaire changed lower as the fruit nodes changed from inner to outside for all fruit branches,and the micronaire of bolls at the same fruit nodes in each fruit branch did not significantly differ;(2) 50% staple length changed shorter when the fruit nodes at the first to the third fruit branches varied from inner to outside,but it was in reverse for f.
