Three typical fresh algae species,Chlamydomonas reinhardtii,Euglena gracilis and Synechococcus leopoliensis,were chosen as the experiment material in order to investigate their respective bioaccumulation abilities to triazophos.

| 扁裸藻属 Phacus 裸藻门裸藻科的一属。又名扁虫藻属。体形稳定，明显地背腹侧扁，正面观常为圆形、卵形或椭圆形，有的螺旋状扭转，背侧隆起成脊状，后端多延伸成刺状；叶绿体圆盘形，无蛋白核；同化产物为副淀粉，形状有环形、圆盘形、球形及哑铃形。本属约160种，中国现有的记录约 60种。分布较广，为湖泊及其他小型静水水体中常见的浮游藻类，大量繁殖时，可使水呈绿色。常见的种类有尖尾扁裸藻、宽扁裸藻、长尾扁裸藻和梨形扁裸藻。 |
