为丘脑下部所分泌,即多巴胺。多巴胺经门静脉达垂体前叶,抑制催乳素(PRL)的分泌。PRL分泌后对下丘脑能起反馈作用,影响多巴胺的分泌量,因而形成自我调节的作用。氨络酸对PRL的分泌也有一定的抑制作用,但较多巴胺弱。
