性质:又称氯洁酚,氯二甲苯酚。本品从苯中得白色结晶性粉末。酚味。可随水蒸气挥发。熔点114~116℃。沸点246℃。20℃时,1g溶于3L水。在热水中更稳定。95%乙醇中溶解度为1:1,溶于乙醚、苯、萜烯物质和碱液中。由对氯间甲苯酚为原料制得。为低毒酚类防腐剂、防霉剂、消毒和杀菌剂,对金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌有效,对革兰氏阳性菌效果较差,对细菌芽孢无效。5%水溶液用于皮肤及创面消毒,2.5%水溶液用于妇科,0.5%冲洗阴道,1.44%酊剂用于手术前皮肤消毒,5%乙醇溶液用于器械消毒。制剂有霜剂、刺激剂、洗剂、水溶液、酊剂和乙醇溶液。副作用为偶可致过敏,产生皮肤湿疹。
