性质:又称半透明烧结镁铝尖晶石陶瓷。在0.3~6.5μm范围的线性光透射率大于10%,可见光范围的总透射率约为75%。用镁-铝的盐或氢氧化物的热分解产物为原料,添加少量烧结促进剂氧化钙等。在真空中经1800~1900℃或湿氢气氛中1700℃左右烧结成半透明陶瓷。可用于制作高温电弧、密封外壳、天线窗、红外透射装置等。
