The method comprises: reduction of the eluate contaning Cr6+ to obtain Cr3+ containing solution,conversion of Cr3+ into Cr(OH)3 precipitates with chemical precipitation method and flocculation method,after separation,dissolving the solid Cr(OH)3 and acidifying the solution obtained with sulfuric acid and making high purity of chromium sulfate to crystal.
