fe一sh一du一l一}ushu一fongzh-废石堆沥滤水防治(leaehing water control ofwaste dump)减少沥滤水的产生与排放的技术措施。防治措施有:(l)废石堆场选在远离水源的地点，防止地下水和地表水浸人废石堆。(2)根据废石堆放地点和堆放量，合理地布置拦截水沟，防止外部水流通过废石堆。(3)将废石夯实，用水泥、沥青、粘土或其他不透水的物料封盖废石堆，使之与水和空气隔绝，防止废石堆产生沥滤。(4)应用堆浸技术回收废石中的硫化矿物和重金属元素(见溶浸采矿)，处理后的废石作采矿充填材料，或压实后，覆土植草植树。(5)如果沥滤水无回收价值，可在废石堆周围建收集水沟，将自然形成的废水汇集于反应池内，利用石灰中和后再排放。 (张福有)
