Inorder to reduce periodicity of cold-roll forming processs and improve the quality of products and me- chanical property the explicit dynamic finite element method with the software of ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate the cold-roll forming processs of channel stell,is studied including deforme,stresses and stains in the forming process.
