Whether the electronic instruments in fishing could operate normally and properly can directly affect the safety of fishing-boats and the production process, and plays an important role in the development of those fishery businesses abroad.

This article studied the design method that how to dispose the salvage cables when Single crane ship salvage the sinking ship while the least longitudinal bending moment acting on it,it offers the theoretical basis of optimizing design for the project of crane ship salvaging.
