在右室等长收缩期中，相当于心电图R波之后，S波之中，压力曲线迅速上升。至右室射血期，压力维持于高水平，于后期略有下降。射血完毕，肺动脉瓣关闭，压力曲线迅速下降，最低水平于T波终了，第二心音之后可达O点。此后右室充盈，压力曲线略有回升，至下一次收缩。
