Aiming at the high temperature faults encountered by a 150 MW air-cooled generator during operation,by analyzing the heat distribution mode of generator and the working principle of air cooler,the trouble was found to be caused by low heat-exchanging efficiency of the air cooler,resulting from damage of the heat-exchanger fin and blockage in the air passage.
针对1台150 MW空冷发电机运行温度高的问题,从发电机散热方式及空气冷却器的工作机理进行了分析,指出发电机运行温度高的原因是空气冷却器换热效率的降低,而换热肋片的损坏及空气通道的杂物堵塞是空气冷却器换热效率降低的主要因素;提出了防范措施,使冷却器效率得以提高,发电机运行温度下降。
