性质: PC与PBT都是聚酯类聚合物,机械共混时必须把原料充分干燥且避免温度过高以及在受热状态下停留时间过长,否则将因发生酯交换反应导致共混物性能劣化。另外的对策是加入各种稳定剂以阻止酯交换反应的发生。当PC含量很少时体系是部分相容的,PC占30%~40%时则完全相容,若PC含量比较多而又少于30%时,PBT/PC共混体系成为PBT;PC、PBT/PC相容物的共混体系。PBT中加入PC对冲击强度的提高尚不很突出,若同时加人橡胶类物质,则增韧效果更好。PC的加入使得PBT结晶度下降,对PBT因结晶引起制品易翘曲变形的特点得以改善,这种效果对于玻璃纤维增强PBT尤其重要。
