Cleland ligament
是一种位于手指侧面的腱鞘皮纤维，起固定手指侧面皮肤的作用。Cleland在1867年首先报道。1968年Milford记载比较详细。分两组纤维。一组起自中节指骨近侧1/4的侧面、近侧指间关节的关节囊和一部分屈肌腱鞘，从侧方向远端呈放射状，伸到皮下为止的长纤维。另一组是发生在近节指骨远端1/4部位的侧面及近侧指间关节囊，与上组长纤维方向相反，向远端走向的短纤维。位于掌侧的纤维因伸指而紧张，而位于背侧的纤维因屈指而紧张，从而达到固定手指侧面皮肤之目的。
